    I've got a small program, with makefile and all that needs to link
    with IMSL. It calls 5 IMSL subroutines which I am currently trying
    to substitute with DXML (Lapack/Blas2) routines.
    
    If someone has IMSL sitting on their system that wouldn't mind building
    a program for me, it would be appreciated.
    
    In the mean time, I will post as a reply to this note the IMSL routines
    along with the DXML substitutions that I'm making, alittle later.
