    A customer has bought H3109-EE and H3109-EH patch panel components.
    
    Apparently the crimping tool doesn't work.
    
    I can't find a Bill of Material on the system.
    
    1) Do either of the above include a crimping tool?
    
    2) If so, what's the part number/order number?

Clinton, the H3109-EE is a passive kit and plastic patch panel for the 
Multi-Stack Hub. The H3109-EH is a Patch panel module kit to be added to 
the H3109-EE and contains 2 The H3117-LA modules (110 punch down to 8-pin )
connectors and 16 BN25G cables. There is no crimp tool in the KIT. I
think you are looking for the H8100-C which is used to punch down the
Building wire to the H3117-LA.

    That's good news!  I was surprised when the customer said there was a
    crimping tool, but I had no way to disprove him.
