	well, I, for one, am totally totally bummed about this news...
	even though I knew for awhile it was coming at some point
	(that's one reason I was openly soliciting for more female
	noters in here a while back...I knew there was going to be
	one less before too long ;-{ )

	I'm surely gonna miss your voice in this Space, Cath - I can see
	your eyes sparkle and hear your laugh every time I read something
	in here from you - and so many times it's some sort of invitation
	to some sort of fun time - you sure do like fun times, and I sure
	do like to party along with you!!!  That won't end!, but this
	easy daily contact will.  I'll keep you posted by mail, and that's
	a promise.

    Thought I would rewrite me reply since i was corrected on my previous
    reply. All this time I have been living under the belief that ours
    Cathy Sloan was a cathy Sloan that worked in Colorado Springs a number
    of years ago , well here shes getting set to leave and I find out she a
    different Cathy... What I can I say, going to miss your reply in here
    even though your a "stranger"..

    together at SOS that year..(smiled alot at each other!)..but i'll

It's been grate Cath !  We'll definitely keep you posted on any
cool musical experiences that come along ... thanks for having
us over at your ragin' party, looking forward to hooking up with
DECheads for a spring rage soon !

Tom posted some good shows yesterday (see 80.274) for the next
couple of months, it'd be grate if we could gather a crew to go
to a show sometime soon !  

Maybe at the Percy Hill show on Wednesday April 2 at the Paradise
Rock Club in Boston ... they just played a grate show there last week

I have to agree with you, Cath, when you say "To the coolest people
in Digital" ... there are many cool people here in grateful, and
you're one of them ... we'll definitely keep in touch !

Hey, good luck Sloanster...  But I'm a wee bit confused (as always).
The way you describe it makes it sound like you'll still be
a ZKO denizen for a while, if not directly on the network.  Do I
read that right, or did you mean something else?

        We sign over to BEA this week but I think I'll be on the network
        awhile longer  - 6 weeks maybe.  I'm suppose to limit my access to our
        cluster though after friday.  I appreciate the extension on the
        network access though. It will be easier to get used to the idea
        of giving it up over time %-).
    
        So it's more like the long good bye. I'll be around zko until
        summer time too.

    i know it isn't totally good bye because of all the things we have in
    common - we're bound to come together again and again.  when they come
    to shut you down you will certainly be missed in GRATEFUL.  Will always
    remember your enthusiasm and positive attitude here and elsewhere.

Well Sloan,
		I'm glad I didn't miss ya!

	It's been strange getting to know you, sort of.  Definitely a trip on 
the "It's a Small World" ride at Disney World.  That whole scenario has been
one of my favorite stories of late.
	I'm glad we were finally able to meet in person at that killer Chinese
New Years party you threw.  I had a grate time.  Best Chinese I've eaten in a 
looooong time, especially the X-rated fortune cookies.  Appreciated the 
opportunity to meet all those others in here that were also able to make it 
that night (and morning).  Always good to have faces with names.  Especially 
Tom Westervelt, considering we didn't know what he looked like as we searched 
for him unsuccessfully outside the McD's on 12/30 as he had our extra. 8(   
But now we know!!
	So it's been brief from my point of view, but surely enough to make
a new friend.  And you can certainly count on myself and that Armand guy to 
fill you in on some of that crazy new music scene.  Lot's of good leads
around already.  Just know this, if the names moe., seapods or percy hill are
involved, you're in for a good time.  Maybe someday I'll even make it back up 
to Nude Hampster to check out those fav hang-outs you folks are always rappin 
about.  Until then, be kind, I know you will.

Good thing for the access extension or I would have missed.  You'll 
certainly be missed around these parts but I suspect, if I ever break 
out of my hermit-like existence, I'll see you soon outside these walls 
at some raging social function. Best of luck.
