Hi all
Trying to use the Spriority i get the following behavoir:
Two jobs with the same start time .
Job ONE with spriority : 110
Job TWO with spriority : 130
The job ONE is created first .
When we run the jobs, job ONE always starts and completes before
job TWO

As stated in the documentation, on Digital UNIX, lower numbers receive
higher priority!
It's the other way 'round for OpenVMS and Windows NT.

Hi,
In the POLYCENTER Scheduler V3.0 User's Guide (May 1995) for Digital UNIX 3.2 :
I read the following : pag 14-2 :
"POLYCENTER Scheduler runs the jobs with the higher priority levels first"
-----
A customer defined several jobs with same start time but different Scheduler
priorities and sometimes
Job with lower priority run before !!!
Any ideas ?
Pascal.
