Given that the kit , nor the doc, are not reachable does it mean that
it is a pure accident or CA has to do something with it ;-)

    The docs are now accessible on-line.
    
    And, as we've mentioned before, the kits are NOT accessible on-line
    because of the royalty obligations for the bundled database for
    the product.  You need to obtain an internal-use royalty PAK, then
    a proxy will be granted to you to copy the kits over the net.
