DECscheduler was installed on a OpenVMS AXP Cluster.
Some job starts at boot time (called from SYSTARTUP_VMS) on both node.
If a job is activated on a node, when it is started and not finished on
the other, then it can't start and I receive the message "Run failed".
I try to delay the jobs on a node, but if this node unfortunately boot
an amount of time equals to the delay before the other node the problem
arise again.
Is there any configuration problem ? Is possible to run the same job at
the same time on two machine ? Any qualifier ?
Thanks a lot.

There is no way to run the same job at the same time on a single
standalone system or in a cluster.
The alternatives are:
(1) create a copy of this job (different name, can differ by one
character) and run the copy
(2) create a copy of this job and set it to belong to another user.
