    Hi team,
    
    	There is a major customer in HK they used our RW532 attached to
    KZPAA on their AlphaServer 400 under VMS 6.2 and OSMS v3.3 to perform a
    image backup with verify from a disk with 500Mb storage to the optical disk
    . The elapse time was 2 hours. They complainted the data transfer rate is too
    slow with comparing to our SOC stated 0.53 MB/s.
    
    They requested us to submit followings :
    . the technical specification or configuration on outputing the transfer
      rate shown on the SOC
    . the records of transfer rate of the BACKUP operations on different
    DIGITAL platform.
