Customers (Cerner reps) are stating that there are no manuals or
documentation of any kind being shipped with their RW551/552's.
This is the second one in two weeks I've taken like this, and I was
wondering who/what can be done to get them the correct manuals?
They're telling me that they are being "drop shipped" directly from HP?

I have routed this request to Ashok Vichare of SEP. He replied
that they own this problem and Mike Cross will work this issue.
