|  |     When you say you "escalated the problem 10 days ago", do you mean
    that an IPMT was generated.  If so please send mail to STJUDE::
    DEWORKEN (Dave) and tell him your problem and refer to the IPMT
    number (CFS.4XXXX).
    
    If your problem was not IPMT'd then maybe doing an IPMT will get
    your problem the visability it needs to get you a solution.
    
    Please note:  It is not optical engineerings intent to allow anyone
    to just "try" any release of OSDS or OSMS to solve their problems.
    We also try very hard to control the release of engineering type
    releases such as V1.47.  It is optical engineerings intent to only
    provide engineering type of releases in response to an IPMT reported
    problem for which we feel the release provided will correct the
    problem.
    
    As said above, if you have problems with this policy, please contact
