**Did search for this - didn't come up with anything**

I am looking to become a NH landlord sometime this summer and need to
know where to turn to get info, tenants bill of rights, landlords
rights, ideas on what I should be concerned with... or if someone is a
landlord already and weould like to talk to me sometime, I would
    greatly appreciate that!

    Have many questions!

    Thanks - Sarah

| I expect that you will hear from lots of landlords both in this file and off-line, and that should be enough to get started. There is a landlords' association in NH, which got started a few years ago. I don't know much about it. Maybe a reader of this conference is a member. | |||||

| Go to the local library of your choice and find their copies of
NH state laws. Look up the chapter on LANDLORD AND TENANT. You'll
find all you need to know, there.
