One Share of Partnership For Sale.
1977 Cessna C-177B
We have one share available in a Cessna Cardinal based at Fitchburg.
The partnership operates as Cardinal Flyers, Inc and has
been in existence for many years. The number of partners is
limited to 5. Bill Tarmey (former Digital Employee and flying noter)
will be relocating and is looking to sell his share. Three of the
current partners work at Digital (Don House, Tony Basso, Ray Shoop). The
airplane is generally flown between 200-220 hrs per year. Dues are $95
per month to cover insurance, most maintenance, and hanger. Members are
charged $40/hr wet for flying.
The type of partner we are looking for is an experienced pilot who
plans on flying 30-70 hrs per year.
For the entry price of a good used car you can fly a:

Base: The aircraft is based at Fitchburg and has been hangered

Maintenance: Fitchburg Colonial and Leibfried Aviation have maintained
this aircraft since it was purchased new from Fitchburg
Colonial in 1977. The aircraft is well maintained for
IFR flight and is in excellent condition. In March of
1996, extensive preventative maintenance was performed in
conjuction with an engine major i.e., all new engine
controls, new oil and fuel lines, new engine mounts, new
ducting, and engine balancing.
Use: The airplane is regularly flown IFR and is generally highly
available to the partners.
