The AAIB have published the report on the Mosquito crash, it can be found at: http://www.open.gov.uk/aaib/jun97htm/gaskh.htm The conclusion is that the accident resulted from a loss of control of the aircraft associated with a temporary loss of power from the left engine. The report goes into detail of the examination of the airframe, fuel system, powerplant and carburettors and although they can't determine the exact cause, it seems likely to have been due to the carburettors in the reduced g conditions during the wingover.
