Hi,
Is there anyway I can change IP address for a node from a
network management station like Netview??
I tried snmpset for nodeX
ip.ipAddrTable.ipAddrEntry.ipAdEntAddr.<address> ipaddress <new
address>
But I believe this is read-only and cannot change.. I wondering if
there is any other way.
Thanks
Radha

No, no SNMP MIB I'm aware of (mib-2, ipv6) permits changing an entity's address. Mike | |||||
