    regarding the snmp daemons on digital unix,
    
    i have a customer that is trying to change the udp listening port that
    the snmp agent uses from 161 to some other number.  by changing the
    /etc/services file on dunix v3.2x, we can get the listening port to 
    change when using the common_agent (snmp_pe)..  
    
    under dunix v4.0, we find that changing the entry in the /etc/services
    file seems to have no affect, and the snmpd deamon always is listenting
    on port 161.  is there something i am missing?
