    The following two paragraphs are extracted from a August 30
    Boston Globe article entitled "Hitting the Beach after
    Hurricane Bob".  I thought you might find them amusing.
    The subject is "why were there so few bathers on the Cape
    after the hurricane?":


	Schuyler Jameson, a Northeastern University student from
	Washington, D.C., had a more interesting theory about the
	size of the crowds.  Had the skinny dipping scared people
	off?

	When the eye of Hurricane Bob passed over, he said, the
	spontaneous response in Oak Bluffs was _en_ _masse_ 
	birthday-suit bathing.  But here's the good news.  Once
	the storm moved on, everyone went back to wearing trunks.


    I figure a typo resulted in the inadvertent substitution of
    the word "good" for the word "bad".
