I don't see it, but maybe that's because I mostly practice disorganized
nudism.

Depends on the definition of "organized nudism".
The places that I've visited tend to be very controlled. The people
are aware of who is around and what they're doing. People who act
suspiciously will be asked to leave. Naturists tend to be very careful
about strangers around their kids.
There was an article in some issue of CWS that discussed the findings
of some survey that indicated that nudists as a group have fewer
murderers and other criminals than any other groups of people.
N.O.P.E. tends to be very radical and/or militant in its propaganda.
I tend to be very careful about what they say. Is that organization
headed by Nikki Craft?

Some years ago I put our (wife and I) name on a Free Sun contact list in the
UK, started by Phil Valack. (For the benefit of non UK residents may not know
Phil, he has published books of Free Sun Beaches and done a lot to promote
disorganised naturism) We had one genuine contact from an elderly couple in
our area, with whom we had little in common. We had a couple of enquiries
from couples interested in wife swapping, and several enquiries from single
men who appeared from their letters to be interested in wife swapping but
didn't have anything to offer as a swap. We also had leaflets about sexual
encounter groups and various sorts of pornography, and all sorts of other
promotional material some of which was actually naturism related.
We have moved house since then, and needless to say have not renewed our
membership of the contact list.
This experience suggests to me that Naturism, organised or not, is infiltrated
by all sorts of people with all sorts of interests which may be in conflict
with the more puritanical ethic which certainly pervaded organised naturism in
UK years ago.
I believe that porn is part of the process which degrades women, from their
true place as human beings to mere sex objects. I also believe that
wifeswapping is degrading the fundamental human relationship which is
formalised in marriage. I also believe that if any sex offender harmed my
kids the number of murderers in naturism would increase by one.
Is there any way to rid the movement of perverts?

| Did anyone watch Most_Wanted on TV this last week? They had a segment on a
man that infiltrated a nudist community, won there trust, then sexually
molested a young daughter of one of the residents. He was not using his
legal name at the time and is a known offender. I certainly hope every one
of the CO/nudist community/resorts is made aware of this creep and he is
apprehended soon.

I watched Unsolved Mystery last night. He did get caught in Georgia
and is in jail....They didn't say anything about a court hearing or
anything but, I saw that they had him handcuffed and bound with chains
on his ankles and waist....surrounded by uniformed officers, and
taken to his cell. Good. Now, what will the outcome of the trial be?
Who knows?... As a father of 2 daughters, I sure hope the court system
doesn't take this situation lightly.
