J&R Music World, they'll give you a free Shure phono cartridge!

After you bought the CD player what would you use the cartridge
for? Shure may not be able to sell their cartridge stock! ;^)

Well, the cartridge they're offering is an older model that they
sell for about $60. It did seem a very odd product tie-in, but
I don't think it was being proposed by Shure.
