| | This may be a bit expensive, even for you, Nigel, but...
Sound Ideas of Toronto, Canada has introduced the world's
first "complete" sound effects library on Compact Disc.
Selling for $1450, the library offers direct access to
more than 3000 stereo sound effects within seconds - with
	digital sound quality.
Storage and handling of the massive sound library are no
longer matters of inconvenience, since the complete CD
library consists of only 28 discs, each cataloged in
	its own holder.
Sound Ideas caters mostly to radio and TV stations, the
motion picture industry, and recording studios. So far,
Herbie Hancock and Frank Zappa rank among the celebrity
	clientele.
