	How does one upgrade an existing IAS 3.0 installation to use the innd that's in the tar file. The tar file doesn't appear to be a drop-in replacement. I've got a fairly extensive installation here and install-from-scratch is not a very attractive option. Aren't there just one or two files that need to be replaced to fix the parsecontrol problem?
