    Hello,

    		I have a WANrouter90 running V1.3.5 software. It is
currently clocking up about 500 transmit enable timeouts per hour.
Can anybody please tell me what causes a transmit enable timeout
and whether 500 per hour is a cause for concern ?

    				Thanks

    				  Paul

Well, according to the spec, it's the number of times the
DCE failed to assert the CTS modem signal in response to an
	RTS modem signal.
It could be some sort of modem/cable problem. How is this
line being used (eg Async, DDCMP, etc)? Are any other
	error counters getting incremented?
