I realise that it's somewhat of a specialised market, but I'm really
interested in getting my hands on an old-style juke box.

I don't have any idea how to go about finding where I could get one,
or how much it's likely to set me back.

Anyone know anything about this market?

    Thanks,
    Suzanne

    	Suzanne,
As Stuart says, E & M is as good a place to start as any.
Loads of places, mostly daahn saaarf. Prices in there range from your
over 5000's to "I can get you one for about 200 quid mate, and that's
full of records"-dicey!). I was (still am, I think) in the market for a
JB and subscribed to a jukebox magazine (well, more of a fanzine really)
which was quite interesting and gives you a good idea of prices, helpful
buying tips etc.. The biggest down side was the at times quite depressing
photographs of some sad people ..."Here is a picture of me with my
(insert Wurlitzer, Seeburg, Rock-ola etc.) juke box" (a person with their
arm round their juke box. I've still got the name/address at home if you'd
    like.
