Under the "Object of Desire" heading (in my NME anyway), I came first
equal with Wendy James. It's not suprising really ... is it!
Here's me logging in to finish what I had started when the Dickie and
Dino Show gets their oar in before me and shows what street cred they
have.
Well (Bruce), was it surprising that the outcome would have the Stone
Roses at the top of the proverbial Christmas Tree, personally I can't
believe that "Fools Gold" got best single, just because it was in the
charts at the time when the poll persons were filling in their entries
I think might have a lot to do with it. If anything "WFL" and/or "She
Bangs the Milkman" should have got numero uno spot ... not forgetting
"Can't be Sure".
As for the "Fashion" items, I must have some street cred cos I just
bought a pair of Doc boots ... good to see something like Docs keeping
up with the fashion trends. I believe that Docs should have an entry on
their own.
At the time of writing this I'm listening to the Family Cat Peel
session ... these guys sound like the Teardrop Explodes (except
better).
The reason I jabbering on like this could be to do with the bottle of
Muscadet that I've just polished off ... drunk and in charge of a
terminal, honest m'lud it was a genuine mistake!

We think you should give Ed his money back! I'll never forgive you
for nicking that personal name. We wanted to show how cool we were,"We
watch SNUB TV, yeah , right On!"
