             I had always understood that "sIn" meant "I sin" and was/is 
    used by Christians as a shorthand and even a bumper sticker.

There's a dynamic tension here, in that I believe that one must possess
some measure of self-esteem.  And at the same time I believe a life which
seeks only self-fulfillment will most likely never find it.
