Hi, I was wondering when I should start making plans, we would like to
go in the end of DEC. Is it to early to make reservations?

I hope you never get to go on your cruise, if you meant the "end of
DEC", but since you meant December, it is not too early to plan now.
Many lines offer a guaranteed lowest price, with rebates if the price
goes lower. Early booking is getting to be the trend, with the
cheapest pricing and upgrades. I made my most recent cruise
reservations about 15 months in advance, and was recently treated to a
magnifient upgrade. I am told that many decisions are based on time of
booking and past history.
