Can you drink the beer in Mexico? Obviousley if they sell the mexican
beer here in NH then it must be safe? (The name escapes me at the
moment it is a yellow looking beer with a lime). So I can indeed dirnk
the beer and not get sick vs. the margaritas?

The drinks are GREAT!!! It's the ice cubes that get you...
A straight up Margarita is highly recomended. After all Mexico
minus Margarita's is unheard of.
Corona is in the clear bottle with yellow painted label, Dos
Equis is my favorite out of the two. Most of the tours in Cancun
sell Dos Equis or Coke on the tour buses.

So whould you dirnk the coke on the buses since they may have ice in
them? I will probably dirnk the beers anyway but my girlfriend needs
to know.

No problem with the cokes. On the bus the drivers are the ones
selling the drinks. What they do is bring a cooler full of bottles
of coke and Dos Equis. So the only thing the ice touches is
the outside of the bottle.

Another really good mexican beer is SOL. It's pretty much
bottled the same as Corona (clear bottle, painted label). There
is another really good beer that is fairly new to my area (S.C.),
it's called Caribe'. It's a Carribean beer, not sure if it would
be available in Mexico. These bottles are more artisic than Corona
or Sol.
