Any of you golf historians and club afficinados know what a Spalding RU
is? I bought it awhile back and the guy at the used club shop said it
was a Spalding Run Up. The other day a fellow claiming to be a antique
club collector said it was a Spalding Rough Up. Its 1930's vintage
with a Robert Trent Jones autograph on it. I use it as a utility club
for anything from chipping to a 150 yard out of the trees shots.
