Hi all,
I was currently asked if it is true, that the 622 MHz CPU's will be
shipped only with 4 MB instead of 8 MB cache. Is there anything true in
that ?
Best regards

Yes it's true.
The planned E2064 (622 MHz 8MB cache) module is now on hold due to
supply/quality problems on the BGA SRAM's.
The new E2065 (622 MHz 4MB cache) is planned to be built in
manufacturing within a month or two.
