The PSP about the KZPAC raid controller stated that this controller
will replace the KZPSC. The KZPSC will be phased out.
If you look up the Sales update it looks this controller is only
for the AlphaServer 4000/4100.
What about the 8400 if the KZPSC is not available anymore?
We installed four PZPAC's in a 8400, but they are failing.
Does someknow what the new raid controller will be for the 8400 in
the future? Will they modify the KZPAC so it will work on 8400
platform?
Any input welcome.

The KZPAC will be the replacement for the KZPSC when it has finished
qual (sometime in April). If you have them you should be using v2.42
firmware. There were a number of problems with the KZPAC, and storage
only want support on one platform first, with other platforms to
follow.
