I use an M1 with Voyetra software. What kind of help do you need?
I would suggest you use the M1 in song mode (sequencer) to create
your sequence in Texture. Song mode is similiar to combination mode
execpt in song mode you can change stuff in real time (vol, pan).
Also in song mode you change channel by simple changing track. It the
'controller mode' of the M1.
When you are all done you can create a combination with the patches
and other stuff that you actually used in the sequence and save it
that way.
Well I am only taking a wild guess as to what the problem may be.
