    Hi,
    
    as a relatively frequent reader of this notes conference I have
    been looking for some time for a topic that deals with soundcards.
    
    I know it is all subjective (and therefore rather difficult)...
    
    BUT:
    
    the number of soundcards for all these marvellous toys is increasing
    so quickly that I believe I can't be the only person who would like
    to have some infos about soundcards worthwhile checking out.
    
    By the way: I'm the proud owner of an Ensoniq SQ1.
    
    As far as I know the Ensoniqs have released the first ROM card not
    so long ago...does anybody know what it's like ?
    
    
    (I've tried some dealers in Cologne [Germany], but noone has got
    it in stock...)
