Does anyone have a simple BASIC program that sends MIDI info?

Ideally (for me), for a Mac. However, any BASIC will do.

Something that just does the minimum setup, plays some notes,
    and then exits (correctly)?

    							Thanks, Karl_1

| I think one of the monthly electronic/computer music magazines has some
examples of BASIC programs to deal with MIDI messages. I can't keep
them separate in my memory, so I don't know if its Electronic Music,
Keyboard, or one of the others that I can't even remember the title of.

| I believe the May issue of Electronic Muscian had a sample program
to be used withthe homebrew c-64 interface it featured. I can look
for it next week (going on Vacation bye now;-) if you still need
    it.
