Has anyone heard of 'The Green Tortoise' bus that runs across the
states maybe Canada as well. I am looking for comments/opinions on it
and if possible any information as to what area/areas it covers and how
you go about getting on them.
I am told it is similar to the Greyhound but much more hippyish.
Has anyone heard of it.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I know, Green Tortoise only opperates in California and the
southern states. It's a lot like a hostell on wheels, and I think they
stick to mostly back roads. It's an experiance I'd like to try
sometime.
