Maybe not such a boon as you would think.
Diamonds are going down in price, the US Military that had loads
stockpiled, no longer thinks it needs them, and will start to dump
billions worth on the market.
It was on the money programme in the UK a few weeks ago, I can't
remember much more about it, but they had interviews with very nevous
people with major interests in the South African diamond industry, and
with large dealers.

Actually, ever since the Elvis impersonation fad started, there
has been a renewed interest in Diamonds. Just wait till China takes
hold of the Elvis revolutionary fad, the price will jump through the
roof.
p.s. Hound dogs are also very vogue.
