| | This being Friday, 4 October I must respond in English.

I spent 4 years in Metz when I was a teenager and returned for a visit
with my wife and two kids a few years ago. Fortunately, it still looks the
    way I remembered it.

Are you from Metz (or Lorraine)?

    Pat,

no I am not from Metz but from Melun (80 km from Paris). I left Melun
quite a long time ago :-) to come to French Riviera.

I would really like to tell that I am Canadian within 2 or 3 years !!!

    Cheers

| | Corinne,

Unfortunately, I do not buy French language newspapers (I'm inundated
enough with four English language papers).

I could send the papers I do read to you, such as the Ottawa Citizen,
the Almonte Gazette (a small town newspaper). Since one is a daily and
the other is a weekly, I would suggest sending one copy of each once
a month - do you agree?

    Cheers,

    Pat
