The biggest give away that these are blatant attempts to buy popularity
lies in the fact that they will be sent out *before* GST takes effect
(and therefore before anybody pays any), and the hoopla raised about
getting them out *in time for Christmas*.
How can you give a REBATE on something that hasn't been paid yet ?
And where does the money come from ?
