I have looked far and wide in the corporate vtx system, but have not
been able to locate an open jobs listing for Canada, specifically the
Quebec City area. Can someone please tell me where I can
find this information, as I would very much like to re-locate sometime
in the foreseeable future. any help in this matter would be GREATLY
appreciated.

There is no posting of available positions in Canada on VTX or
any other electronic medium.
I would suggest you contact your local personnel office and get
the contact names for the personnel office in the area you are
interested in, and contact those people directly.
I trust your command of french is good?

Office in Montreal (MQO).
