| The weather in all four cities is about the same but is probably
a bit warmer in Toronto and Niagara Falls.

If you come in late October early November the weather is quite
changeable with a chance of snow in any of the cities. The snow
would not stay around though because of the temperatures.

Average daytime highs are pobably in the 14-16C range and nightime
    lows around 0C.

It is still great weather and a beautiful time of year. Come and
    enjoy it.

    Roger

He's right, the wheather is much the same in all locations mentioned.
But more importantly, what is it that you want to do/see up here?
With that info, we can provide some reccommendations.

    The professori.
