    On the DB90T2's, can one port have encapsulation hdlc and the other
    port encapsulation ppp?

|     	Yes, the two serial ports can run completely different WAN
    encapsulation- there is no overlap. As a side note, keep in mind that 
    "hdlc" is *cisco-proprietary* HDLC, and will only talk to other cisco
    IOS routers, or a router (like the DECnis) which supports CHDLC.
