We have trouble with PVC tunnel over IP. The configuration is the same

There is one known possibility to renew the PVC tunnel to take once
more the config commands on DECbrouter90 A
Q: How I can I eliminate this manual intervention to renew PVC tunnel ?
Q: I set up TCP keepalive timer. It would be a solution?
                                Thank!
