Hello, We are working on a a customer RFP. The goal is to replace, in every agency, the IBM4381 with AlphaServers under Digital Unix. But the customer has a bunch of IBM 3890/3892 OCR (Optical Character Reader). How is it possible to connect and use 3890/3892 (connected over Token-Ring) from an Alphaserver ? Which protocols and file formats are used over token-ring to get the datas read from the 3890/92 ? Same for the customisation program to be downloaded into the 3890/2 ?
