For DNA style connections over X.25, there are two options:
   1. Use Link State routing only, which implies that your router and any
other directly connected router must be a DECnet PhaseV or OSI router.
   2.	Run the router as a Phase IV (Routing Vector only, OSI disabled)
router. But in this case the software is limited to one DLM circuit
	per physical X.25 interface.
These restrictions only apply when the Executor router type is set to DEC-AREA
or DEC-ROUTING-IV. In the "none-DEC" modes it is legal to mix RV and LS
routing at L1/L2 but, in that case, it is not possible to create any DLM/DA
circuits.

    Walter ,
Do you plan to suppress these restriction in a next release .

We need to support X.25 DLM and X.25 DA in mixed environment ( DECnetIV
    and V ).

We must communicate with other DECnet router ( Router2000 ,
WAnrouter , DECnis ) over X.25 without restriction.

DECNIS and WANrouter do that , We want the same functionnalities on
    Routeabout

This was considered for V3.0 but, due to resource limitations and
priorities of other features, it was not included in the project
	plans.
If you feel strongly about this, then please feel free to contact
the Routeabout product manager Andy Shores (DELNI::SHORES).
