 from my memory and documentation from Proteon course
 older version had and Hidden password used by engeneering
 for enter on customer's router if necessary (as Proteon Said...)

 is it feature already exist on Routeabout Products ?
 it would be useful if you loose password to have an ultimate access
 before erasing the entire configuration

	When you enable logins, it asks you if you want to allow customer service access. If you answer yes, the account and 'secret' password are created. This is considered a security hole by some and may be removed/changed in a future version... Tim

	It's already been removed from VNswitch. I suggest current users on the other platforms delete their Technical User accounts to avoid this potential security hole. Just issue "delete user digital" at the config> prompt. /bob

	thanks all it's a pity removing this feature will add some times to restore config after forgotten password any chance to change destiny ?? JYP
