Hello,
The customer run Performance Manager v2.1 with Digital UNIX V4.0b on
the same workstation, and just to the same node's performance
management. So I assume it is no additional license is needed.
When they try to perform "PerformanceAnalysis" command by select
"EXECUTE"-->PerformanceAnalysis-->BufferCach-->apply--->Ok. then there
is an error message in a OUTPUT screen: Permission denied.

When looking up the the log file /var/opt/pm/log/pmgr_gui.log, there is
an error line: ".....UiMessage.cxx line 100 |ERROR Error Unable to open
message catalog" ==================================================
