	Hi

	a customer uses ftp to make file transfer from VMS/UCX 4.1 to
	Digital Unix 4.0b system.

	He uses nmap command to get files with no version and no extension
	on Digital Unix side and all is working well.

	Now he would like to insert nmap command in a ftp macro

	ftp> macdef goofy
	nmap $1.$2 $1
	case lower
	mget * 
	bye

	ftp> $goofy
	nmap .
	(mapout)
	Usage: nmap [mapin mapout]

	Is there a specific syntax to do this?
	(I tried some tests with " ' ` character with no success)
