    Hello,
    
    	I have a customer who is seeing the lat defunct processes in
    V4.0a of Unix.  I read in a previous note, that the fixes MAY
    be incorportated in V4.0B.  Can someone tell me if this did happen,
    or if it happened in V4.0c or d?
