Generally well know for making fault-tolerent systems through use of 
redundant hardware.  They have their own OS, but I believe they are also
doing Unix these days.  Originally based on Motorola 68xxx chips, I think 
they have gone to PA Risc chip from HP, but I may have that wrong.
