Hi,

Does anyone know of any software by Digital or 3rd party that supports the 
following standards in secure communications:

DES (Data Encryption Standard)
MAC (Message Authentication Code) as defined by ANSI X9.9
API conforming to X/Open Cryptographic API

I know that AltaVista Tunnel Workgroup supports RSA and MD5, I just need 
the other 3.  

Can you tell I'm responding to a government RFP.
