Hello,
I get the same error message(tar: [offset 0]: No space left on device)
when reading a qic-150 6150 tape. It was tared from SunOS v4.1.
The command used: #tar xvf /dev/rmt1m
I also tried with block size: #tar xvfb /dev/rmt1m 126.
The error message is similar if using /usr/opt/obsolete/sbin/tar:
tar: tape read error: No space left on device.
Any hints or suggestions are appreciated!
Brenda
