| Most notes in here seem to be very old, so what's the latest on a
summer holiday to include skiing?
I'm bored with the usual 'lie on the beach' summer hol, and was
thinking of trying to get into the mountains, do some skiing, walking,
water sports, sightseeing etc etc.
Where's the best places to look at?
Which companies offer this kind of holiday from the UK? The standard
'lakes and mountains' brochures I've seen don't mention skiing.
When's the best time to go to miss the crowds and get some sun, and
snow?
any more up to date info, pointers, WWW addresses etc???

| The Ski Company (Phil Smith et al) do summer courses at Tignes I think.
You arrange trasnport they arrange the rest.
Don't have their number handy. Brochure at home.

| There's a glacier at Kaprun, near Zell-am-See and about one hour's
transfer from Salzburg. There's also Hintertux, up t' valley from
Mayerhofen. I would go to Chile though; glaciers are boring.
