Greetings:
I have a customer sending mail from a POP3 user to an ALL-IN-1 3.1
subscriber. I am able to receive this mail and able to send mail from
ALL-IN-1 to the POP3 recipient. I cannot seem to reply to mail
received in ALL-IN-1 from this "foreign" subscriber. It seems as if
additional addressing information is attached.
I am able to reply to mail received in VMSmail, but not ALL-IN-1. Any
clues? This is critical to customer.

I think we'll need more details of how the mail gets from the POP3
system into ALL-IN-1, i.e. what gateways are used etc. Also, what
address is on the messsage when it gets into ALL-IN-1, i.e. show us the
'Sender' and 'TO' fields from a SH (Show Header) of the messages, both
in the INBOX, and from a failing reply in the OUTBOX.
